We were running the school on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. TaylorField came in, understood exactly what we needed, and built a system our staff actually use every day. Report cards, fee tracking, parent access — it's all in one place now. The handover training was thorough, which I didn't expect. They didn't just build it and leave.

Working with a Nigerian tech company from Canada came with some scepticism on our end - I'll be honest about that. But TaylorField delivered a vendor management platform that handles our supply chain properly. The team was responsive across the time difference and the system has held up under real load. We'd work with them again.

Before, patient records were scattered across folders and separate computers. Now everything is in one system — appointments, records, billing. It took some getting used to for the older staff, but TaylorField ran the training twice until everyone was comfortable. That level of patience is not something you always get from a tech company.

I came in knowing almost nothing about web development. By the end of the workshop I had built and deployed my first site. The instructors didn't talk at you — they sat with you and worked through problems. I've since taken on two freelance projects off the back of what I learned there.

The fees and payments side of running a school used to take up most of my week. Chasing parents, reconciling records manually, trying to match receipts to student accounts. Since we moved to the TaylorField system, I can see every payment, every outstanding balance, and generate a full financial report in minutes. It has genuinely changed how I work.
